Below outlines the Terms and Conditions for free shipping as provided by ONEZARA:-
ONEZARA provides free shipping for purchases RM100 and above within West Malaysia for all products .
Free Shipping is not applicable for East Malaysia and overseas.
ONEZARA uses J&T Express as our delivery partner.
Deliveries will take around 3 to 6 working days, but might take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or if the courier chooses to close down for a few days.
If the customer arranges delivery services for more than 2 times and would like to dispatch the order again, additional charges may be applied.
ONEZARA will be unable to deliver to these restricted areas due to road conditions, weather conditions, distance issues, communications issues, and restrictions / limitations placed by certain institutions and organizations, however, you may choose to deliver to the drop off or pick up points as listed.
All goods will be shipped within 5 working days, excluding public holidays, no service days as defined by the courier service and custom clearance if applicable.
