Returns / Exchanges
The items that are returned for exchanges will be inspected accordingly to the receipt. The returned items must be in good / original condition as received by the customer and with the packaging and original shipping container. If the goods / products have been used or damaged by the customer, a return for exchange will not be provided.
ONEZARA will not be held responsible if your shipment is lost during transit. However, ONEZARA will only provide a return for exchange if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, ONEZARA will issue a refund instead.
Reasons that Qualify for Returns / Exchanges include:
i. Wrong colour
ii. Wrong product or model
iii. Defective product
Reasons that Do Not Qualify for Returns / Exchanges include:
i. I do not like the product
ii. I do not like the colour

Refunds
The items that are returned for refunds will be inspected accordingly to the receipt.
