2. An item is missing from my parcel or I've received a defective item / the wrong item. What do I do?
We are extremely sorry for missing an item / sending you a defective item / sending you a wrong item! Please allow us to correct this error.
i. Please fill in this form within 5 working days of receiving your parcel.
ii. Please send us an email titled as:
a. Missing Item: "Missing Item"
b. Defective Item: "Request for an Exchange for Defective Goods"
c. Wrong Item: "Received Wrong Item"
iii. Kindly attach clear pictures of the defective item / wrong item / parcel along with the form.
iv. Defective / Wrong items must be returned via J&T Express with the return label provided by us.
We are sorry to inform you that if you choose to use other modes of delivery, you will have to bear charges at your own cost. For further information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. I have been refunded the incorrect amount. What do I do?
